If there is a non-delivery due to user mistakes such as an incorrect name, address, or contact number, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-delivery.
It's important to note that delivery is address-specific, not person-specific. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with international shipping. ZDC Leather Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for paying any duties or taxes for international shipping.

RETURN
Within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the products, you can return any order for a complete product refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions to avail of an exchange or refund:
The items ought to be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in marketable condition. Used items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the client.
1. Please get in touch with us and provide your order number and the reason for the return before mailing the things back to us.
2. You have to wait for us to send you a confirmation of return, along with additional advice on how to assist you in returning the items to us. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are received after the above-mentioned fourteen-day period or without prior notice.
