Shipping costs are calculated based on the combined weight of the entire order and may vary depending on whether the delivery is domestic or international. If there is a non-delivery due to user mistakes such as an incorrect name, address, or contact number, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-delivery. The shipment and delivery time will begin from the date of payment confirmation for the order, however, this is an approximate time frame for each product. ZDC Leather Pvt Ltd. will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as floods, fires, wars, or acts of God. To avoid delays or loss of merchandise, website users must provide accurate information. ZDC Leather Pvt Ltd reserves the right to verify user details, and if found to be false, The Leather Warehouse may reject registration and debar the user without prior notice. Customers can cancel their order only if it hasn't been dispatched. No cancellations are accepted once the product is dispatched from our warehouse. Please get in touch with our team within 6 hours of placing the order for cancellation. The buyer is required to submit any requests within the specified timeframe. our team will send an email confirming the cancellation within 48 working hours (approx). The refund will be issued in 2 working days but it may take 7 working days (approx.) to reflect the refund amount in your credit card/ bank account. Note: Orders cannot be cancelled if delayed due to unexpected transit circumstances. No credit refund will be provided for cancellations.

Certain items may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock due to popularity or supply interruptions. Currently, only a curated selection of our products is available for online orders, with plans to expand the range in the future.

We offer lifetime warranty on our leather products. Lifetime warranty applies to our “leather” which is genuine leather made of Buffalo. The hardware which includes zips, pullers, snap button etc. have limited warranty upto 1 year due to the regular usage of these material.
Genuine leather is material which can last for years when properly cared for. Lifetime warranty in leather refers upto 20 years. This means that our leather will disintegrate only after that time span when taken care properly. However, please note that things like cuts, stains etc occurring due to negligence use of the product are not covered under warranty.
Also, Genuine Leather is a material which develops Patina, as it ages. It simply means the Dark handsome finish that leather gives out in time. Hence, Genuine Leather is bound to change its color with time and due to natural body oils, the sun, dirt, and the environment.
