Order Cancellation and Return Policy

How can you return & exchange your order?

Within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the products, you can return any order for a complete product refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions to avail of an exchange or refund:

The items ought to be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in marketable condition. Used items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the client.

  1. Please get in touch with us and provide your order number and the reason for the return before mailing the things back to us.
  2. You have to wait for us to send you a confirmation of return, along with additional advice on how to assist you in returning the items to us. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are received after the above-mentioned fourteen-day period or without prior notice.

 Note: Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled. 

Replacement/Repair conditions

Situation 1

If our product has a manufacturing defect upon receiving, please share the image of the product. Our team will check the images and respond you in 24-48 working hours for a replacement if found genuine. Example of manufacturing defects includes a cut in leather, zippers or any hardware not working properly, any tears in lining material etc. In such a case, we would appreciate it if you could send the product to our warehouse, we will repair it if possible or replace it with a new item. We will happily refund you the amount of sending the product to us.     

If sending the product to our warehouse is not possible, we will pick it up from your delivery address which normally takes 7 working days. The rest of the process remains the same.

Situation 2

If there is a problem in the hardware before the warranty period (1 year), we would appreciate it if you could send the product to our warehouse, we will repair it if possible else we will replace it with a new item. We will happily refund you the amount for sending the product to us. Typically it will take 7 working days in whole process.

Situation 3

If there is a problem with the hardware after the warranty period (1 year), and you would like to get it repaired from us, you would need to send us the item to our warehouse. If it’s in repairable condition, we will confirm you the charges based on what you can confirm us.

If the item is not in a repairable condition, we will share the possible options based on which you can make the final decision.
