We put great care
into what we do and we also care about our Leather Warehouse customers! If you
are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of
package delivery and ship it within 30 days. We'll refund the full cost of the
item Less shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition
you received it and in the original packaging. If you find your purchase to be
not quite right for you, please email us at [email protected] mentioning your
order number. We will send you the instructions and return address.
RETURN TIME:
Returned orders must
be postmarked within 14 days from the date of receiving. Because we are a small
business/company, it is important that goods are returned to us in the
condition they were sent.
REFUND:
Once the goods are
returned in perfect condition, we will process the refund. It may take up to 10
working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (depending on the
payment method).
GOODS CONDITION:
Please make sure your
returned goods are unused and in their original packaging.
ORDER EXCHANGE:
We are not able to
directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product you
can place a new order. Once your original order is returned we will process a
refund.
EXCEPTIONS:
We cannot be held
responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked
delivery service when returning your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or
defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Please note that
order shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.
